Residents are responsible for all cable, Wi-Fi, water, sewage, and personal electricity (no gas).

Each apartment has its own individual water meters.

All units have washer/dryer connections and all major appliances.

Storage unit on each patio/balcony.
​
No smoking inside the apartment. Smoking outside is ok.
Fees and Deposits
Application Fee
$40.00 per applicant.
To be paid with a money order only.

If applying online, you can use a credit/debit card.
​
Damage Deposit
$500.00+
This is due 5 days from the time of approval to hold the next available apartment. If you are approved and we do not have the deposit, then the apartment will still be considered available to rent. This too must be paid in money order only, no checks.
​
Once your apartment is ready, you have 14 days to take possession or you may lose the apartment and the deposit.
Pets are welcome!

2 Pets only and each pet can only be 25 lbs or less. (If applicable)

Applicant Requirements
Must be at least 21 years of age to apply and anyone living in the apartment must be listed on the application.
​
Must make 3x’s the monthly rent.
​
Must not have any prior evictions and/or owe any other complex any amount of money.
​
Must be in good standing with any water company and electric company, namely LG&E.
Must be at current job for at least 6 consecutive months.
​
Must bring in two most current check stubs when turning in your application.
