Application Requirements
Before you apply, please read our rental requirements below.
Applicants
Must be at least 21 years of age to apply and anyone living in the apartment must be listed on the application.

Must make 3x's the monthly rent.
​
Must not have any prior evictions and/or owe any other complex any amount of money.
​
Must be in good standing with any water company and any electric company, namely LG&E.
​
Must be at current job for at least 6 consecutive months.
​
Must bring in two most current check stubs when turning in your application.
​
A Damage Deposit of $500.00 is due 5 days from the time of approval to hold the next available apartment. If you are approved and we do not have the deposit, then the apartment will still be considered available to rent. This too must be paid in money order only, no checks.

Pets
If you are bringing a pet, you must list the pet on the application.
